Una encuesta realizada por el Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF, en España), a cargo de Fernández Muñoz, psicólogo y profesor del Máster en Dirección de Recursos Humanos, logró reunir una muestra de más de mil personas, de las cuales el 82% son procedentes de España, mientras que en el 18% restante corresponde a 28 países hispanohablantes, entre ellos México.

 

De acuerdo con los datos arrojados por las encuestas, entre los aspectos que más “intoxican, envenenan o perjudican a las empresas”, están:

 

  1. La mala comunicación interna (62%).
  2. La desmotivación de los empleados (51%).
  3. La mala organización del trabajo (49%).
  4. La incompetencia como líderes de los directivos (39%).
  5. La deficiente distribución de tareas (39%).
  6. La desconfianza de los jefes hacia los empleados (35%).
  7. El salario igual, sin tener en cuenta el rendimiento individual (35%).
  8. El conformismo de los empleados (34%).
  9. La imposibilidad de desarrollar una carrera profesional (33%).
  10. Los rumores (32%).
