Muchas veces estamos en la oficina, casa, escuela y nos empiezan a dar males en la cabeza como de la nada, pues en este artículo hablaremos del porqué de ciertos dolores agudos o más suaves que pueden llegar a botarnos a la cama o simplemente nos ponen de mal humor hasta el punto de ir al médico por una pastilla o receta.

Las cefaleas son dolores específicamente en la cabeza y derivan por estrés, presión en el trabajo, malas posturas, contracturas no bien tratadas, desvelos, mal pasos alimenticios e insomnio.

Los detonantes más comunes en este tipo de padecimientos pueden ser el estrés, la ansiedad, la depresión, la mala alimentación como hasta el simple hecho de dormir mal o estar pegado todo el día al celular o dispositivos móviles.

La mayoría de los factores que más pueden agravar este tipo de dolor, son la mala postura en la silla o asiento de la oficina, el estar escuchando música con audífonos demasiado alta, alguna posición prolongada que haga la cervical tenga molestias el cual genera dolor de cabeza.

La atención medica debe ser obligatoria prosigue a pesar de haberte tomado alguna pastilla o algún analgésico para el dolor o llevas varios días así como si padeces alguna enfermedad relacionado o que desencadene dolor de cabeza como presión alta o migraña hay que acudir a un médico lo antes posible.

El 80% de los dolores de cabeza es de origen tensional según la OMS, así como el 50% de la población padece dolor de cabeza, y puede ser episódica, esto quiere decir que avanza hasta volverse crónica.

El tipo de cefaleas que puede existir son, por sinusitis: dolor detrás del hueso, ceja y pómulos. Cefalea en racimos: el dolor se concentra en y alrededor de un ojo. Por tensión: una gran presión en la cabeza y la más común que es por migraña: dolor, náuseas y cambios visuales.

Algún tipo de consecuencias que pueden tener en nuestra vida son: que disminuye el sueño y por ende la actividad física. Así como reducción de actividad social y laboral. Y la más importante, emocionalmente, te provoca irritación, tristeza, ansiedad y malestar por el dolor.

Controla el estrés: trata de organizar tu ambiente de trabajo control de horarios para que no te satures y te generes ansiedad.

Evitar el constante uso de analgésicos y antiinflamatorios.

Hacer ejercicios de estiramiento, si es en el cuello, que mejor.

Tomar dos litros de agua mínimo al día para mantener hidratado tu cuerpo.
