  1. Suma años a tu vida. El estudio titulado “Running as a Key Lifestyle Medicine for Longevity”, detectó que aquellas personas que corren habitualmente disminuyen entre 25 y 40% la mortalidad prematura, sumando hasta tres años más a su vida en comparación con quienes no lo hacen.
  2. Fortalece tu corazón. Mientras corres los niveles de colesterol malo en la sangre disminuyen, la sangre fluye mejor y la frecuencia cardiaca se regula. Por tal motivo los corredores tienen menor riesgo a desarrollar problemas cardiovasculares.
  3. Mejora tu salud. Debido a la exposición a agentes externos las defensas en nuestro organismo incrementan convirtiéndonos en alguien menos propenso a adquirir enfermedades, como los resfriados.
