¿Qué causa la tensión laboral?

Existen distintas causas relacionadas a la tensión laboral, entre ellas:

  • La cantidad de tiempo disponible para realizar una actividad.
  • Carga laboral excesiva
  • No contar con las herramientas adecuadas para cumplir con nuestro trabajo
  • Exigencias por parte de los superiores
  • Un ambiente laboral poco apropiado (poca ventilación, ruido, mala iluminación, etc.).
  • Horarios laborales extenuantes

El mantenernos expuestos a condiciones de mucha tensión por largos periodos de tiempo afecta nuestra calidad de vida, impactando negativamente en el bienestar mental y emocional, además de nuestra salud física, desarrollando:
