¿Qué hay detrás de la tensión laboral?

- Exigencias por parte de los superiores
- Un ambiente laboral poco apropiado (poca ventilación, ruido, mala iluminación, etc.).
- Horarios laborales extenuantes
- Problemas de comunicación entre jefes y colaboradores.
El mantenernos expuestos a condiciones de mucha tensión por largos periodos de tiempo afecta nuestra calidad de vida, impactando negativamente en el bienestar mental y emocional, además de nuestra salud física, desarrollando:
- Diabetes
- Enfermedades cardiacas
- Problemas estomacales e intestinales
- Asma
- Artritis reumatoide, entre otros.
¿Cómo hacer frente a esta situación?
Para disminuir la tensión laboral, todo empleador debe mejorar su plan de trabajo, por ejemplo:
- Definir claramente el trabajo y responsabilidad de cada empleado.
- Respetar las jornadas laborales.
- Fortalecer la comunicación en la empresa.
